10g Santa Maria Cacao & Chili
200g diced haunch of venison
400g onions, sliced (unpeeled weight)
5 garlic cloves
100g bacon lardons
500g button mushrooms
2ml veal or beef stock, concentrate
200ml water
500g cooked rice
200g Santa Maria Soured Cream
- Slow cook the venison with the onions, garlic, mushrooms, lardons & stock until tender and the stock has reduced. Refrigerate.
- Place the filling and rice onto the wrap and sprinkle over the Cacao & Chili seasoning.
- Fold and place onto the contact grill.
- Serve with Soured Cream.
