Ingredients
2 Discovery Tomato Wraps
1 tsp BBQ & Grill Mesquite
50g mayonnaise
handful of rocket
300g salmon fillet, skin and bones removed
1/2 tsp Smoke Paprika
1/2 head fennel, shaved on the mandolin
1 tsp olive oil or melted butter
  1. Mix the mayonnaise and BBQ & Grill Mesquite together and brush over the wrap, leaving 1cm at the edges.
  2. Scatter the rocket on.
  3. Slice the salmon into 6 even pieces, mix with the Smoked Paprika and lay this in the middle.
  4. Lay the fennel on top then roll the wrap up.
  5. Brush with the oil and cook on a contact grill.
