2 Discovery Plain Flour Wraps
1 tsp Wasabi & Sesame
2 tbsp Greek style yoghurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
6 baby corn, grilled or seared in a very hot pan to colour golden
120g baby prawns, lightly cooked
80g white crab meat
2 piquillo peppers, shredded
12 mint leaves, torn
1 1/2 tsps sesame oil
1 tsp Wasabi & Sesame
2 tbsp Greek style yoghurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
6 baby corn, grilled or seared in a very hot pan to colour golden
120g baby prawns, lightly cooked
80g white crab meat
2 piquillo peppers, shredded
12 mint leaves, torn
1 1/2 tsps sesame oil
- Mix the Wasabi & Sesame with the yoghurt and mayonnaise and spread over the Wraps leaving a 2cm border.
- Lay the corn, prawns and crabmeat down the centre then scatter with the piquillo peppers and mint leaves.
- Wrap up tightly and brush with the sesame oil and griddle to colour.
