Spicy Thai Pork Burger

> 1.8kg Lean pork mince
> 1 large onion, diced
> 1 large egg
> 1 clove garlic, pureed
> 75g breadcrumbs
> 10g chopped parsley
> 250g jalapeño Glaze
> 50g Santa Maria Paneng Red Curry Spice Mix
> 40 Discovery Red Jalapeño Slices
> 150g bean sprouts
> Wholegrain rolls

Mix the pork mince with the diced onion, egg, garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and Santa Maria Paneng red curry spice mix in a large bowl and combine thoroughly. Form the mixture into 10 equal, burger shaped portions of approx. 180g each. Cover and chill until required.

Cook the burgers on a hot griddle or grill for approx. 15 minutes until cooked through. Serve in toasted wholegrain rolls.
